Good evening everybody,

in last week's 2on2 Cup (already the 7th 2on2 Cup, wow) STD could beat the Mighty Spankers in a action filled match on Lockdown, Biohazard and Lostarena. If you missed the game you can ofcourse download the demos from the League Match Database or you could watch the VOD with Russian commentary by Ve1s and Sentre.

Also we are proud to announce that the first 3on3 Cup has been a huge success. The map pool was filled with some classic maps and also some rather unknown maps - best conditions for a fun Cup.
Rinsed faced the Mighty Spankers in the Quarter-Finals, while TURAN had to play against Dts.
Mighty Spankers showed up with a strong lineup featuring NiCO and could beat Rinsed 2-1 on the Tie-Breaker. TURAN beat Dts on both maps and secured their place in the Finals.
The Mighty Spankers picked Caverns and won with a huge lead. TURAN's choice was Helix. Both teams didn't know the map too well but in the end it was a clear win for the Mighty Spankers, putting them in first place!
The match for the third place was between Rinsed and Dts, first map beeing Caverns. Magnum, a rather unknown Player showed great skill and helped his team mates Schwarzi and Stoone to secure the win on Caverns by a four frag lead. Second map was Helix and Rinsed could win by a reasonable lead which gave them more overall frags, meaning they could pick faction on the Tie-Breaker. Both teams fought very hard here but in the end Rinsed was ahead and gets the third place.
