By joining a Cup you agree to be on time and play all your Matches. You also agree to the General Cup Rules and the Specific Cup Rules (on the Cup page). If you don't show up, you can be temporarily excluded from future Cups.
You can leave a Cup always before it has started, so if something gets in your way and you can not show up, simply unregister from the Cup. (This website can be used on most smart phones.)


Usually Cups are created by the Cup Admins and can be found in Cups/In Progress.
It's also possible to play your own Private Cups. Just ask one of the Cup Admins, they can create one for you.


Everyone can join 1on1 Cups. The Squad-based Cups (2on2, 3on3, etc.) can only be joined by Squads. You can create your own Squad in Settings/Squad Mangement. A Help Page with instructions can be found there aswell.
Cups can be overbooked, meaning that the Cup is full for the moment and further Players will be put on the Waiting List. Cups can auto-extend when a certain number of Players joined the Waiting List.


Cups will start at the pre-defined date and time. Players need to check-in 15 minutes before the Cup Start Time.
Running Cups can be found in Cups/In Progress. There you can find the Cup Tree and all the important information.


Players and Squad Leaders will see a "Report" button for their Match on the Cup Tree. After a Match both Parties have to report their Match (Loser AND winner).
Please fill out all fields and take care at what you enter. Once your report is submitted you don't have the chance to edit it.


Finished Cups can be found in Cups/List Played Cups. By clicking on a specific Cup you can also find all informations about the Cup and the complete Cup Tree.
